Anchor Yanker Monthly Meeting

January 15th @ Sybergs

Our Change of Watch will be at Sybergs at Highway 270 and Dorsett, on Sunday, January 15, 2012.  Our room should be available at 11:30 and I asked them to start taking lunch orders at 12:00.  George Gifford has agreed to act as our Master of Ceremonies. George has done a great job of this in the past and I'm looking forward to a great event again this year.  The restaurant needs a headcount so that they can properly staff our lunch please RSVP to me at capt.don@prodigy.netand I'll get back to them with the count.

Dredging Update

A channel just below the island, extending part way to the dock has been dredged. Come in on the down-river end of the island. Keep the flags in the water about 20 feet off your port side. Once you pass the mound of sand, you should be able to pull in to the island. The top of the dock is totally inaccessible. Dredging is not a guarantee, go very slow and be carefull, the club is not responsible for any damage.
